Privacy Collection Notice for individuals participating in the Promotion

National Pacific Properties Twyford Road Pty Ltd (ACN: 603 756 654) (NPP, we or us) is the developer and promoter of the Eliston Place development (the Development).

NPP is part of the Burbank Group. The Burbank Group includes National Pacific Properties; Burbank; Burbank Urban; Dynamic Trade Solutions; Beacon Building Services; Storage Box; National Pacific Finance and Digital Minds Solutions.

NPP is running a Refer a Friend promotion to encourage customers who have previously purchased property with us (Referrers) to refer friends and family who may be interested in the Development (Purchasers) (the Promotion). We understand the importance of being open and transparent with you about how we collect, store, use and share your personal information. We take protecting your privacy rights very seriously. We strongly encourage you to read this notice before you decide to participate in the Promotion, so that you understand and are comfortable with how we handle your personal information.

Who does this Privacy Collection Notice apply to?

This Privacy Collection Notice applies to all Referrers and Purchasers that choose to participate in the Promotion by signing and completing a Referral Form. Any reference to you or your is a reference to someone who is a Referrer or a Purchaser.
What personal information do we collect and how do we collect it?

Your personal information may be stored on servers located in the United States of America, China, Malaysia and India. We may also from time-to-time share this information with our third party service providers who provide products and services to us and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you do not provide your personal information, you will not be able to participate in this Promotion and we will not be able to contact you for the purposes described above.
